邵武市人民政府：

你市《关于邵武市2018年度第六批次农用地转用的请示》（邵政地〔2018〕46号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：

一、同意将邵武市境内农用地38.0912公顷（其中耕地6.1761公顷）、未利用地0.1993公顷转为建设用地。使用邵武吴家塘农场水田6.1761公顷、林地31.3047公顷、其他农用地0.6104公顷、未利用土地0.1993公顷。合计使用国有土地38.2905公顷，按规划用途使用。

二、邵武市人民政府须按法定程序和要求组织实施用地，切实做好被用地单位和职工的补偿、安置和社会保障工作。新增建设用地土地有偿使用费、耕地开垦费按规定缴纳。

三、邵武市人民政府要严格按土地供应政策和用地定额指标等有关规定向具体建设项目提供用地，并按规定备案。

四、邵武市人民政府要落实生态环境保护有关要求，涉及各类保护区的用地，应严格按法律、法规和有关规定办理相关手续。
